I love the nipple presses, and especially that they are see through!
It seems a bit limiting to have the tray run parallel to the wearer's torso, though, because then they have to lie there like that the whole time the treaty is being used. If the tray is positioned perpendicular to the torso, the wearer can actually walk around and serve food, drinks, whatever to guests. That would also add an extra element of sensation too, since there would be weight pulling on the compressed nipples.
